Real Wedding: Jacob & Esme

Jacob & Esme got married last June on a perfect summers day and wow what a wedding! The joy is tangible in their wedding photos perfectly captured by Harriet Bird Photographer.

After a traditional church ceremony the Wedding Breakfast was held in the beautiful picturesque village of Pickwell, overlooking Putsborough Beach – what a view! - in a marquee decorated with an abundance of spring flowers.

Keeping it in the family the marquee was supplied by Lee House, Esme’s dad’s company.

Graze and Smore provided the most delicious afternoon tea with a range of sandwiches and scrummy bakes catering for all allergies and dietary restrictions. Children were also looked after with their own lunchboxes!

The gorgeous cake by Lulus Primrose Bakery was white chocolate and raspberry flavour dressed with a beautiful mix of edible florals - both fresh and pressed - carefully placed along the tiers and a stunning buttercream finish.

The perfect cake to align with the couples spring flower and country garden theme.

Later in the day Stone Artisan Pizza created and baked mouthwatering pizzas in a wood fired pizza oven on site to feed (and replenish energy after lots of dancing) the bride & groom and all their guests.

The couple chose the Lola collection for their invitations and on the day signage which perfectly complimented their theme.
