Real Wedding: Charlotte & James
We love it when we receive images from our customers special day and we literally burst with excitement when we received Pure Invitation couple Charlotte and James' wedding photos earlier this month. They got married on the sunniest – and warmest – of days back in June in Brinklow, Warwickshire.
They chose the Harper design for their invitations and selected the Jules range for their on the day items which suited their reception venue and English countryside vibe perfectly.
We love the creative way they displayed their table plans!
When asked for their advice for other soon to be wed couples they offered these brilliant top tips:
Forward Plan
“We tried to think about all aspects of the day in advance. We reached out to suppliers to ensure they had all the info they needed before they arrived to set up. It can all feel very overwhelming in the weeks leading up to the wedding, but you really get out what you put in and all your planning does come together.”
Delegate!
“We gave roles to our bridal party to ensure no-one was coming up to us with questions on the day, and we decided on the group photos we wanted and gave lists to the ushers to make sure everyone was ready to go at the right time. It really helped the day run smoothly for us! “
Be Aware of Your Timings
“The only thing we hadn’t factored in is that the photographer and videographers will need to leave you at least half an hour before your ceremony starts to ensure they’re all set up in the ceremony venue - so if you want photos once you’re ready with you parents and bridesmaids make sure you are all going to be ready an hour before your ceremony at least!”
The beautiful images really show what a special day Charlotte and James had, celebrating with their friends and family. The quirky touches – Charlotte's sunglasses are amazing! – and picture perfect locations all shine through, as does everyone obviously having such a great time.
