A Dreamy Destination “I Do”: Sarah & Marcos’ Marbella Wedding
On the 1st of October 2024, under the warm Spanish sun, Sarah and Marcos tied the knot in a romantic destination wedding at the stunning Casa de la Era in Marbella. Surrounded by 45 of their closest friends and family, their day was full of laughter, heartfelt moments, and picture-perfect details – including their Frankie Pinks wedding stationery suite.
An Idyllic Marbella Setting
Casa de la Era offered the perfect backdrop for Sarah and Marcos’ celebration – a characterful old venue nestled in the hills above Marbella, complete with a unique amphitheatre that made for breathtaking photographs. The couple were blessed with gorgeous weather on the day, despite a few nerves earlier in the week when high winds swept through the region.
With the help of local wedding planner Wedding Service Spain, the celebration was styled to perfection – blending rustic charm with romantic modern touches.
Pretty in Pink: The Frankie Pinks Stationery Collection
We were delighted to work with Sarah and Marcos to bring their stationery vision to life. They chose our Frankie Pinks collection – a soft, stylish suite featuring blush tones, elegant typography, and just the right amount of contemporary edge.
From their wedding invitations to their on-the-day signage, including the all important table plan, the cohesive look added a polished feel to their celebration and complemented the warm Mediterranean colour palette perfectly.
Personal Touches & Laughter-Filled Moments
Among the many stand-out memories, Sarah shared a few that truly captured the spirit of their day. Her two grandsons stole hearts as the cutest page boys, and one particularly hilarious (and unplanned!) moment came when their 13-year-old nephew grabbed the mic from the best man mid-speech and delivered his own impromptu toast – bringing the house down in laughter.
The celebration was beautifully documented by Pedro Bellido and captured on film by The Love Hunters, complete with incredible drone footage of the venue’s stunning surroundings.
